Our Product team is looking for a Senior Product Owner (all genders) to join our Awareness & Discovery domain. We are looking for a Product enthusiast with a deep understanding of e-commerce systems and interest in owning the user experience for customer facing platforms. If you enjoy researching new technology trends, understanding technical complexity, and analyzing the impact of data on a strategic and hands-on level, then we would love to hear from you!

Your role

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy
• Lead a cross-functional domain team focused on enhancing the user experience
• Act as a sparring partner for the domain team and stakeholders to maximize value and ensure business and user benefits
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features
• Utilize data-driven approaches to inform product decisions
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
• Work closely with the Development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Your profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills on a senior leadership level, as well as with cross-functional teams
• You have excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience in turning data into actionable insights
• You have a positive, people-orientated and energetic attitude
• You have deep understanding of business strategy and metrics
• You have a highly entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action & customer-focused innovation

Nice to have:

• Fluency in German is a plus!

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 65.000€ and 85.000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
