We are looking for a CRM Manager (all genders) to join our Lifecycle & Retention team of four members. In this position, you will have the opportunity to deepen your CRM knowledge by taking ownership of a mix of creative CRM and automations tasks.

Your role

• You will be responsible for the set-up and analytics of multi-channel communication
• Also, you will create a mobile push message plan in close collaboration with our campaign department and newsletter team
• Based on our unique tone of voice, you will create texts and visuals with our graphics and copywriting teams
• You will communicate with our brand suppliers to create promotional newsletter campaigns as well as targeted push messages and automated mailings
• Furthermore, you analyze your own campaigns and take measures to improve them based on your findings.

Your profile

• Relevant CRM experience paired with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• An understanding of customer segmentation connected to a data warehouse system
• Excellent German skills in verbal and written form and fluent English skills
• An independent and proactive working style

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 42,000€ and 57,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
