Our Data Analytics team is looking for a Senior Marketing analyst (all genders) to join our Data department at flaconi. You will be part of our beloved Data Analytics team of eight people and will play a prominent role in driving the marketing intelligence efforts for a premium online shop of perfume and beauty products across Europe!

Your role

• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Deliver key insights and trends, supporting informed marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to visualise marketing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with tracking experts from the Data Engineering team to develop needed tracking, optimise marketing channels and marketing tech landscape, and maintain data quality and integrity across all marketing data sources.
• Serve as the technical owner for marketing attribution modelling, segmentation, targeting, CLTV, cohort analysis, and marketing cost processes, leveraging various tools and data products to optimise performance and ensure data quality in collaboration with data engineering and marketing teams.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the marketing intelligence process.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing.

Your profile

• 4 years of experience in a marketing analytics role in the field of online marketing/e-commerce or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases, data modelling knowledge is a plus.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in BI reporting tools, ideally with Tableau.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, and navigating a ''cookie-less'' world.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of another programming language, ideally Python.

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 65.000€ and 84.000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
