We are currently expanding our team to meet growing demands and looking for an Enterprise Business Planning and Analytics Developer to join our Global Kemira IT team.

As an Enterprise Business Planning and Analytics Developer, you will be creating Kemira’s planning, reporting and analytical solutions in a Global IT organization. Kemira IT provides reliable and cost efficient IT services which enable the implementation of Kemira’s strategy and ensure business continuity.

As an Enterprise Analytics Developer you will be responsible for:

• Designing business planning, analytics, and reporting solutions both functionally and technically

• Implementing solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere

• Understanding the enterprise data model: what data is included, how data is connected

• Proactively acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT personnel and external resources

What we expect from you:

We expect you to have a genuine interest towards learning and understanding business requirements and how to turn both them and data into practical solutions. You have a proactive, independent and target oriented working style and the ability to provide deliverables on time. You are equipped with dashboard design skills as well as the competence to decide on data visualization techniques. You also have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Experience in business planning, reporting or analytics development
• Implementation skills in at least two areas: SAP SAC, DWC, BW, S/4 HANA, ECC, Tableau, PowerBI, Azure, SQL or equivalent
• Analytical skills with both attention to detail and capability to conceptualize end-to-end solutions
