What You'll Do:

• Play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and improving our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality and aesthetic appeal.

• Lead the product development lifecycle, from the initial concept through to launch. You'll be responsible for the timely delivery of features and functionalities that enhance user experiences and achieve goals across large cross-functional areas.

• Work closely with UX/UI, marketing, data analytics, and development teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring a harmonious and goal-oriented approach.

• Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating market trends and consumer needs, ensuring our products remain competitive and innovative.

• Liaise with and support cooperative Product R&D and collaborative team resources to ensure smooth implementation of product solutions and project progress.

• Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders regularly, maintaining transparency and collaboration.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, delivering regular reports to stakeholders.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A foundational understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
