Detailed information about your role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you take the ownership of product marketing for part of the My+® Total Service and My+® portfolio, and how its components deliver more value together. You get to develop our ways of working towards leading product marketing function that is bridging the engineering, product management, marketing, services and sales operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Creating value propositions as well as product and service messaging.
• Creating sales collaterals and marketing content.
• Ensuring that marketing and sales teams have the right tools and competencies regarding the product/service to drive demand and sales.
• Together with product managers, product owners and sales, ensure that products and services are competitive in the eyes customers as well as end-users.
• Conduct market research.
• Supporting the launches of new products and services together with marketing, product management and other relevant colleagues.
• Utilization of market and competitive insights to shape product marketing strategy.
• Help to grow product adaption and overall win rate.
• You participate also in defining buyer experience, buyer personas and user personas.

Are you a Product Marketing professional with experience in B2B solutions marketing?

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record in products and services marketing to business customers. If you enjoy working in an emerging environment with complex challenges and fun colleagues, this is what you are looking for.

What we’re expecting from you:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in global (product) marketing operations and minimum 3 years in the IT industry or other B2B company with digital products.
• Previous experience in SaaS or B2B solutions marketing.
• You can clarify complex solutions with engaging messages that resonate with the target audiences. You understand how to work in B2B sales and marketing.
• You are driven by the results and get things done.
• We hope that you have entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for working with various stakeholders from Nordics and Finland.
• You are customer-centric person: translating technology to business outcomes and value for customers.
• Great storytelling, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Master’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience. Other studies in fields such as strategy, information and service management or information technology are beneficial.

When working with us and our clients, fluent spoken and written proficiency in Finnish and English is required. Proficiency in other Nordic languages is also beneficial.
