Join the Brand, Marketing & Partnerships team at LEGO House

At LEGO House, you will be part of our Brand, Marketing & Partnerships department. You report to the Head of Partnerships and join 11 colleagues in the Brand, Marketing & Partnerships team, working together to create world-class LEGO experiences for LEGO lovers worldwide.

"In the Partnership team, you will focus on increasing LEGO House awareness globally and driving guests to LEGO House through partnerships to discover the unique LEGO experience offered at LEGO House," explains Willy Christensen, Head of Partnerships, LEGO House.

Manage multiple stakeholders while delivering results

In close collaboration with the team, you will deepen relationships with current partners and support the establishment of new ones, with the goal of creating awareness and attracting more guests and LEGO lovers to LEGO House.

You will participate in forming the overall vision and long-term strategic direction for partnerships at LEGO House. You will proactively seek and evaluate new commercial partners who can play a part in achieving our goals while cultivating and enhancing relationships with our current partners.

Negotiations, contract handling, and legal compliance will be some of your recurring tasks. You will monitor performance and recommend adjustments in due time to deliver on agreed joint KPIs and work towards increasing knowledge and motivation for partnerships internally at LEGO House.

Be prepared to take small business or inspirational trips – approximately 10-15 days a year.

Collaborator with solid experience

You are a skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence and build positive relationships. You have demonstrated the ability to deliver sales results while remaining true to the brand values of the organization. You have solid experience in partnership management or a similar commercial position where advanced project management skills are central to your way of working.

Moreover, you enjoy cross-functional collaboration, acting as a bridge between the Brand, Marketing & Partnership team, external partners, and other departments within LEGO House.

Finally, we imagine that you have:

• Experience working in a diverse environment while maintaining attention to detail and achieving high-quality results.
• Prior knowledge of the tourism or attraction industry is not a requirement, but it is crucial that you are eager to learn and will proactively seek relevant data and information.
• Advanced communication skills, including fluency in English.
