Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial advice to clients, focusing on retirement planning, investment strategies, and risk management. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting detailed financial needs analyses, assessing clients' assets and liabilities, evaluating their tax status, and reviewing existing insurance coverage to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses with clients, including assessments of assets, liabilities, tax status, and existing insurance policies.

- Develop and present customized financial plans that address clients' retirement goals, investment strategies, and risk management needs.

- Advise clients on various insurance products and services to protect against financial risks.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, tax regulations, and new insurance products to provide informed recommendations.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Skills

- Proven experience as an Insurance Advisor, Financial Advisor, or similar role.

- Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC, CLU) are preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
