About The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As the Team Lead SDR, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding a team of Sales Development Representatives, driving their success in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads, leveraging various channels such as cold outreach, inbound inquiries, social selling, and networking within the construction industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation processes, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to maximize productivity and results.
  • Act as a liaison between the SDR team and other departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving sales objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of new SDR team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training and resources for success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales development role, with at least [3 years] of experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed targets.
