eCommerce Coordinator

Infopro Digital group are recruiting for an eCommerce Coordinator on on a permanent basis to join Haynes Australia Pty, who sit within Infopro Digital’s Automotive division.

You’ll be working on our world-famous consumer automotive DIY brands: Haynes, Clymer, Chilton, Gregory’s and Rellim. As an eCommerce Coordinator, this role centres on managing our online sales platforms, including website and marketplace maintenance, inventory oversight, and supporting digital marketing and customer service tasks. You'll collaborate across local & global teams to ensure product accuracy and effective online presence, playing a key role in our e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of our e-commerce website and marketplace shops to keep them current and functioning.
  • Manage product data, pricing, and inventory levels across all online channels, ensuring accurate and up to date information
  • Work with IT and web development teams to optimize website performance, improve user experience, and implement new features and functionalities as needed.
  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media engagement, to drive sales.
  • Design and produce marketing assets to support promotional campaigns, including visuals and content for digital channels.
  • Support our customer service function for the best customer experience by liaising with other team members to provide correct information and responses.
  • Help with various operational tasks as needed including inventory planning, working with suppliers, logistic partners to minimize stockouts & reduce lead times.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies in the sourcing and procurement process while maintaining product quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience of ecommerce storefront (preferably Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Experience of managing marketplace shops on ebay, Amazon, Catch
  • Working knowledge of GA4, and any other analytics tools
  • EDM experience, preferably Mailchimp or similar tool
  • Adobe Photoshop/In Design or Illustrator, or other online tools such as Canva & similar tools for videos creatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Social Media management, content management will be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories would be advantageous
