MANDATORY Skills, experience and training required:

• Computer literacy is essential.
• Previous experience in technical project management.
• Knowledge of the kitchen or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 and Project management certifications or qualifications
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required for on-site visits.

As a Technical Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinate and oversee client interactions, installer activities, and order processes.
• Supervise on-site workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project guidelines.
• Coordinate with various trades involved in installation, such as electricians and plumbers, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, maintaining compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during installation, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including photos, installation reports, and client feedback.
• Address unforeseen challenges with innovative solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring all workers follow industry regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve discrepancies between the initial design and on-site requirements.
