- Assist to support outstation maintenance team in various documentations and administrative tasks assigned.
- Facilitate all maintenance administrative works as per schedule.
- Update, monitor and maintain all relevant documents of project and maintenance team.
- Perform data entry at the MTech system with relevancy to maintenance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report on costing and quantity used for maintenance team.
- Prepare monthly report for Farm Water Consumption and Autonomous Maintenance costing.
- To perform any other task and assignment as directed by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- SPM/STPM graduate or Diploma in any equivalent qualification are encourage to apply.
- 1-2 years working experience in the related field.
