About this Role

Our Solutions Consultant (SC) is a key aspect of our sales team, working to ensure our prospects and partners have a strong understanding of the value that the Arkestro platform provides.. Our customer experience and overall success begins with the solution consultants and we strive for a superior experience. The SC works in partnership with an Account Executive to make sure that Arkestro customers understand from their first contact point that they are working with a different type of company and solution.

Our SC’s are the type of people that once they find a problem, they cannot let go of that problem until they have found the right solution for the customer. This may require having expert knowledge of what the platform can do, but it may also require the ability to think outside the box and problem solve in new and creative ways. Above all, it requires the ability to understand a customer’s pain points and success factors so that they may craft a solution that meets those needs.
