Software Quality Assurance Manager

Euronet seeks to employ a reliable Software Quality Assurance Manager with a strong technical background and solid experience in Quality Assurance.

The successful candidate will be based in our Athens offices and will have the opportunity to develop and oversee the formulation of quality standards and procedures, leading cutting-edge projects in the field of Electronic Financial Transactions across Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishes quality and reliability standards and procedures for EEFT implementation and test activities.
• Provides sizing estimation and technical dependencies during high level project review.
• Establishes testing knowledge base, for each EEFT product/vertical, as to secure test scripts standards for all technical teams.
• Provides accurate and on time report about projects status, resource capacity and availability, etc. to the management and business owners.
• Develops and effectively manages a quality assurance staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and coaching employees.
• Provides guidance in the execution of projects, ensuring on-time delivery with results that meet or exceed commitments.

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree in Computer Science or a related academic field.
• A minimum seven (7) years of experience in Software testing, Automation tools and Quality Assurance.
• A minimum three (3) years managerial/leadership experience in QA position, in Financial Services/Banking and Information Technology.
• Proven track record of success building, leading, and managing a technical QA team.
• Hands-on experience with Quality and Test Management tools
• Experience in database systems (any of MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, MariaDB, etc. ), API testing tools, CI/CD tools, Linux, and Windows OS.
• Experience in EFT (Electronic Financial Transactions) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
