Director of People Strategy & Programs

Everlaw is seeking a Director of People Strategy & Programs, reporting directly to our VP of People. You’ll help Everlaw’s People Team set the strategy and design programmatic solutions that drive both performance and engagement across the employee journey that will contribute meaningfully to our mission of promoting justice by illuminating truth. You’ll set your own bar for a high impact function by distilling complex, cross-functional business challenges into strategic programs that power the success of both our business and our people. You’ll be committed to embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) best practices into the creation and deployment of our people strategy and programs.
