DATABASE CLERK (BERBICE BRANCH)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall Maintenance of the customer’s database
• Continuously review the database of customer information to ensure the integrity of our information.
• Generation of all data, information, and reports as required by the Sales Management function to support critical decisions.
• Capturing/Processing all information ranging from Import Data, SOM, SOS, Promotional and POP infrastructure database.
• Capturing/Processing Internal and competitive information cutting across all Retail Environments.
• Managing ACSR’s time and populating overtime sheet accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• CXC Qualifications
• Must be computer literate.
• Previous working experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Good analytical and data-driven thinking
• Problem Solving/Analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
