The Marketing Analytics team at Kiwi.com supports various Marketing areas by ensuring they operate efficiently and meet expectations. This involves a strong focus on evaluating the impact on the company's global profitability and assessing the return on investment for current activities and potential new opportunities. Our work is particularly interesting because it analyzes complex data to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making. The insights and strategies developed by the Marketing Analytics team significantly impact the organization by informing marketing decisions that enhance overall profitability and contribute to the sustainable growth of Kiwi.com.

What you will do

• In this role, you will be responsible for all Marketing-related reporting and data needs for our Business teams.
• You'll analyse, understand, and report the B2C short-term trading performance and identify the main drivers and opportunities.
• In collaboration with your stakeholders, you’ll develop and implement meaningful and appealing self-service dashboards.
• You’ll model business cases for new campaign launches and promotions for both customer acquisition and retention.
• You’ll play a key role in the budget preparation and tracking of different campaigns to make recommendations to the specific teams.
• By connecting and standardizing data from different sources and platforms, you’ll set up and automate data-related team processes.
• You’ll collaborate with our technical teams in preparing and optimizing feeds for Digital campaigns, providing specific support on logic definition and data facilitation.

What you will need

• Your previous significant experience as a Business Analyst with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Your skills and expertise with SQL - you are able to manage and write your own queries and can demonstrate a strong understanding of how they work.
• You are fluent in English, have clear and effective communication skills, and have experience working with a range of stakeholders.
• You have the proven ability to communicate complex results to less data-savvy users.
• You are intellectually curious, analytically rigorous, and possess a strong business acumen.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with quick changes and where your work can have a significant business impact.
• You are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and bringing a solution focus. You communicate progress, escalate potential issues and proactively ask for support and feedback when needed.
