Back End Engineer

We are expanding our development teams, and while titles aren't very important to us, we call this role Back End Engineer. The key is experience in software development in .NET environments, knowledge of cloud, and a constant desire to keep learning.

Our vision is to build multidisciplinary teams that self-manage projects in an AGILE manner to find and implement the best solutions 😊

What will you do?

• Develop projects from scratch with minimal supervision and in collaboration with the team.
• Participate in the design of architectures and decision-making in a constructive and co-creation dynamic.
• Work under SOLID principles.
• Be a key player in developing best practices, clean and reusable code.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in the market.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Over 7 years of experience working in .NET environments.
• Experience in other back-end languages, such as Python, is highly valued.
• Experience in front-end development with React, Angular, or Vue, or a willingness to learn more about it.
• Experience in architecture design.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Knowledge and application of design patterns.
• Knowledge and application of CI/CD as an indispensable part of software development.
• English: fluency is highly valued.
• Good interaction and ability to work with different teams across global offices.
• Passion for technology and software development.
• Constant desire to learn and ability to learn quickly.
• Team player.
