What you'll do: β
- Grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts, collaborate with sales specialists to identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas β
- Go βhigh and wideβ in accounts to build relationships with potential buyers and influencers; take a consultative approach to identify client issues that DHC can solve β
- Initiate conversations about new opportunities and partner with DHC Sales Specialists to develop and close opportunities β
- Work with the Customer Experience organization to optimize usage and value of DHC services β
- Lead critical renewals conversations β
- Meet and exceed renewal and expansion quotas β
- Accurately forecast opportunities and utilize CRM to manage your portfolio
What you'll need: β
- 3+ years of individual, quota-carrying selling experience in BioPharma / Med Deviceβ
- Experience selling to or working in key BioPharma / Med Dev. functions: commercial teams within a brand or therapeutic area, Analytics, or Med Affairs teams β
- Experience in account planning and collaborating with cross-functional teamsβ
- Experience negotiating and closing multi-year service contracts β
- A powerful work ethic with energy, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm β
- Superior communication skills and proficiency crafting compelling narratives using MS Office tools β
- A. or B.S. degree
