What you'll do: ​

  • Grow sales within existing small/medium sized client accounts, collaborate with sales specialists to identify growth opportunities across therapeutic areas ​
  • Go β€œhigh and wide” in accounts to build relationships with potential buyers and influencers; take a consultative approach to identify client issues that DHC can solve ​
  • Initiate conversations about new opportunities and partner with DHC Sales Specialists to develop and close opportunities ​
  • Work with the Customer Experience organization to optimize usage and value of DHC services ​
  • Lead critical renewals conversations ​
  • Meet and exceed renewal and expansion quotas ​
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and utilize CRM to manage your portfolio

What you'll need: ​

  • 3+ years of individual, quota-carrying selling experience in BioPharma / Med Device​
  • Experience selling to or working in key BioPharma / Med Dev. functions: commercial teams within a brand or therapeutic area, Analytics, or Med Affairs teams ​
  • Experience in account planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams​
  • Experience negotiating and closing multi-year service contracts ​
  • A powerful work ethic with energy, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm ​
  • Superior communication skills and proficiency crafting compelling narratives using MS Office tools ​
  • A. or B.S. degree
