About the Team

Business Technology UX Design Team supports a portfolio of Workmates’ experiences with internal tools ranging from federated search and Intranet portals, to Sales tools and Conference room experiences.

About the Role

You’ll get to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams made up of engineers, product owners, data scientists and more. Together with your cross-functional partners, you’ll help drive the design process and craft a shared understanding of the problem space.

About You

Besides a phenomenal eye for UI design, general UX skills, an understanding of how to sketch, wireframe, test, and iterate designs and ideas in a lean way is essential.

You have great interpersonal skills and are able to connect with a variety of partners at different levels and bring alignment to the team. You have a deep understanding of research and design thinking principles. You are collaborative and have a curiosity about bringing order to sophisticated design challenges.

You will be encouraged to apply a full range of design skills and be responsible for the experience inside and out.

**Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of UX Design experience
  • 7+ years of demonstrated ability crafting wireframes and prototypes to communicate your design concepts
  • BA/BS preferred in human-computer interaction, human factors, psychology or related field

**Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; i.e. technical developers, business leaders, and customers.

  • Strong observational analysis skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Curiosity about collaborating and establishing relationships with product management and engineering teams

  • Prototyping skills

  • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, and ability to present research data simply and clearly

  • Passionate about how people use technology in the workplace

  • Familiarity with and experience working within Agile development methodology a plus

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $142,400 USD - $213,600 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $135,300 USD - $231,600 USD
