In the Luminor Business Support domain, we oversee a wide spectrum of tools that we as a bank use to ensure our daily operations. These tools are used to ensure customer relationship management, compliance to regulatory requirements and Anti-money-laundering standards, accounting, human resources, document management and are here to support Luminor so that we as a bank can achieve our strategic goals. Our journey in Business Support domain is driven by Curiosity, Collaboration and Focus, which are core values in Luminor, where we work towards streamlining and modernizing our application landscape to bring the best customer experience. To achieve this goal, one of the actions is to expand automated testing solutions across the Baltics within our Domain.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage team of functional and automation testers assigned to given domain
  • Control capacity and resources utilization
  • Managing testing activities concerning on given domain, including functional and non-functional tests
  • Covers with testing service all change types including projects, infrastructure changes, small improvements and hotfixes
  • Build domain expertise – document knowledge and maintain scripts catalogue in cooperation with Quality Control and Assurance Lead
  • Performance, Test Data Management Leads in planning testing activities and securing resources to run test activities
  • Support Test Automation Lead to improve test automation in your domain and manage Test Automation Engineers in the domain
  • Engages UAT, Security and Operation testers into planning and execution of testing activities
  • Educates and mentors testing resources on the goals and processes followed by Quality Assurance / Test Management unit
  • Controls project and domain portfolio level KPIs and Metrics to adhere to high standards of quality service delivery
  • Oversees performance of testing resources
  • Perform test quality control in your domain
  • Liaise with Business and Technology partners to assure best coverage of testing scope
  • Continuously seeks for synergies with other Domain Test Leads and Test Management team in driving excellence, adhering to established processes and introducing improvements and new solutions into testing service

What We Expect:

  • Fundamental knowledge of testing methodology (V Model, Waterfall, Agile ) and testing trends
  • 7 years experience in software testing
  • 2 years experience in leading others
  • Strong understanding of System Architecture in the domain
  • ISTQB certification
  • Good understanding with ITIL best practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions
  • Contributing with a high level of energy and positive attitude
  • High ethical standards, integrity, good reputation and a commitment to best practices
  • Higher education in Information Technology
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
