Job Description: Senior Technical Recruiter

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring technical talent across various technical disciplines in UAE. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong networking skills, and the ability to effectively engage with candidates in the technology industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical position requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies.

2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, IT professionals, and other technical positions.

3. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to attract top technical talent, including online sourcing, networking events, social media, and employee referrals.

4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical hiring needs.

5. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

6. Work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, interview feedback, and offer negotiations.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

8. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement innovative recruiting initiatives to attract diverse technical talent.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in UAE.

3. Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, with the ability to assess technical skills and qualifications.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

5. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring technical talent in a fast-paced environment.

6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

8. Experience in a technology-driven industry or with technical hiring is preferred.
