We have a world-class Sportsbook, developed in-house by our dedicated Sportsbook team. Our Sportsbook Platform is ours – from our Architecture to our Trading teams – we have an in-house platform which hosts our brands offering Sportsbetting for our customers. From the tools our traders use to the cutting edge features our customers use to bet on various sports – our teams are the backbone to making this happen!

As a UI Designer for the sportsbook product, you will work across multiple brands in markets across the world serving millions of customers. As part of a dynamic customer experience centred department the Product Design team play a crucial role in driving a customer-first approach. You will work with other UI Designers as well as Product Designers, Product Owners, Developers and researchers.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Deliver visually stunning UI improvements within the Sportsbook e.g. through Motion Design (animations, audio, etc.)
• Deliver visually stunning content (images etc.)
• Use Modern AI Tools as a foundation for image generation – Use prompting guidelines to ensure high quality and consistency across produced content
• Collaborate with the rest of the Sportsbook UI Team to make sure the produced UI / Content fits with the UI for each brand
• Collaborate with the Central Creative Team to ensure guidelines for each brand are followed and produced content align with each respective brand
• Align with the broader SB Design Team to contribute to the overall Design Direction of the SB Product

What we’re looking for

• Masters Degree in the Product Design field or similar would be preferred
• UI Design: Having 5 years or more experience in another UI / Graphics Design role.
• Passion for creating compelling UI / Content that vitalizes the brand
• Passion and Experience from AI tools such as OpenAI and Midjourney for Image creation
• Prompting within modern AI tools
• Design Systems and systematizing UI components
• Industry standard software such as Figma, Photoshop and as a means to develop, test, explore and convey design solutions;
• Working and collaborating with diverse teams in a lean/agile setup;
• Sportsbook or Sportsbetting Products; it would be considered an asset if you have experience working in the igaming industry and if you have a genuine interest in sportsbetting
• Prototyping skill;
• Written and verbal English communication skills
• Autonomous, keeping yourself motivated and working with minimal supervision
• Strong portfolio in digital design
