What You’ll Do

The Executive Assistant to the President, David Beckham, will provide comprehensive, white-glove administrative support to the senior executive, while his current EA is on Maternity Leave. To be successful in the role, you should have intellectual capability, sound judgement, resourcefulness and excellent communication skills. You should be professional, responsive and, above all, service driven in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant should have exemplary organisation skills, a strong eye for detail, and act as a key liaison between President, David Beckham and Authentic teams.

What you’ll be working on

  • Proactively manage and coordinate principal’s calendar and schedules, aligning with business & family assistants.
  • Coordinate all travel, domestic and international, business and personal. Making sure all travel restrictions are adhered to, managing passports and travel visas and creating extensive travel itineraries. Be available out of hours during international travel to assist with any adjustments that may arise.
  • Read, monitor and action emails when necessary.
  • Ensuring principal has all information required in advance of meetings, arranging time with team members if briefings are required in advance.
  • Work closely with the Executive Support team, leveraging the relationships and resources around you.
  • Manage approvals processes, acquire necessary signatures and process invoices.
  • Maintain expense reporting and management
  • Communicating and dealing with VIP guests, clients and customers to ensure their experience is stellar
  • Manage and execute all business and personal gifting
  • Managing the principal’s properties as and when required, working with house staff and family members to ensure work and personal life are aligned.
  • Ad Hoc duties as assigned.

Must Haves:

  • 5-8 years experience supporting Senior Leadership or Talent in the Entertainment, or Media industry (agency, start up or brand).
  • Ability to exercise great judgement on behalf of principal whilst handling multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable dealing with last minute changes and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have the ability to partner with various functions and exercise a high level of care for the stakeholders, internal team members, and people experiences
  • Should have a continuous improvement mindset and strive improvements to processes, programs, and meetings.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Teams), Skype, Zoom
  • High degree of initiative, follow-through and organisational skills.
  • Calm, unflappable, professional, discrete, solution oriented and personable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
  • An "always-on" approach to work and your availability
  • Previous executive level support experience
