About the role
- Research and conceptualization applied to the world of experiences
- Creative conceptualization for data-driven experiences
- Research to detect trends in different industries
- Interest in marketing data analysis
- Design of presentations to pitch data-driven creative concepts
- Creative projects management and improvement of processes such as: brainstorming, Workshops, Tool kits, Focus Groups, Sprints, Design Thinking, Lean Startup Methodology etc.
- Working with other Fever teams to deliver creative concepts, Insights, solutions, and presentations
About You
- Based in Madrid
- English professional proficiency
- 1.5+ years of experience in a creative or research team at creative agencies, or consultancy
- Business and data-oriented
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager will be valued
- Deep passion for trends research, digital marketing, and social media
- Analytical skills
- Proactivity and ability to work in a highly demanding, fast-moving environment
- Adaptability and global thinking
- Teamwork attitude
