Research & Creative Conceptualization Analyst

About the role

• Research and conceptualization applied to the world of experiences
• Creative conceptualization for data-driven experiences
• Research to detect trends in different industries
• Interest in marketing data analysis
• Design of presentations to pitch data-driven creative concepts
• Creative projects management and improvement of processes such as: brainstorming, Workshops, Tool kits, Focus Groups, Sprints, Design Thinking, Lean Startup Methodology etc.
• Working with other Fever teams to deliver creative concepts, Insights, solutions, and presentations

About You

• Based in Madrid
• English professional proficiency
• 1.5+ years of experience in a creative or research team at creative agencies, or consultancy
• Business and data-oriented
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager will be valued
• Deep passion for trends research, digital marketing, and social media
• Analytical skills
• Proactivity and ability to work in a highly demanding, fast-moving environment
• Adaptability and global thinking
• Teamwork attitude
