Job Title: Events & Marketing Specialist

Location: Waterloo, ON - Hybrid

Pay: $60K - $80K

**About the Company:**Jagger is currently partnered with a Search Fund that just purchased an amazing & long standing software business - They've injected two Co-CEOs who are incredibly sharp and hungry - They are going to grow the hell out of this business & looking for people who want to join.

They are looking for an Events & Marketing Specialist to join their team. Great opportunity for people to join a proven business model with a long track record that will now be in scale up mode and operating as a high growth start-up even though it's been around for years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute events like trade shows, conferences, product launches, and webinars.

- Handle logistics: venues, catering, AV equipment, transportation, and accommodation.

- Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure timelines are met.

- Run and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels.

- Create engaging content and collaborate on high-quality marketing materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.

- 3+ years of event planning and marketing experience.

- Strong project management and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
