Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the ability to align technology solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design: Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and integrate with existing systems.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, configuration, and integration.

- Architecture Strategy: Develop and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture strategy, including data model, integration, and security.

- Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

- Integration: Design and manage the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

- Performance Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to optimize the performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.

- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce architecture, processes, and configurations.

- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends. Recommend improvements to the existing Salesforce environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

Skills:

- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data model, integration patterns, and security best practices.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools and automation (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are highly preferred.
