We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in integrating various applications using Salesforce APIs and middleware.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Design: Design and architect integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Development: Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware tools, and custom code.
Data Management: Ensure accurate data flow between systems, maintaining data integrity and quality.
Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and data discrepancies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts, to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, configurations, and mappings.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, integration tools, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce integration or a related role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration patterns.
Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple integration projects.
Certifications: Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer certification is preferred.
