About the job
As Product Designer, you'll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences. You’ll create functional and visually appealing products alongside product managers, engineers, data scientists, sustainability experts and other designers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups using industry-standard design tools.
• Develop and maintain design systems guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense in design work.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineer, and stakeholders to propose simple solutions for complex problems.
• Align visual designs across products in coordination with tech/developers.
• Translate insights from user research to designs.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, technologies and incorporate them into designs.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools.
• Experience in end-to-end design process or at least 2 stages in detail.

• Prior experience designing for the financial domains or working with data driven products.
• Mixture of agency and in-house background is a plus.
• Experience designing dashboards, information visualisations and workflow solutions.
• UX research and testing experience.
• Workshop facilitation experience.
