This key position focuses on system enhancements, organizational structure, and cross-application services, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Enhancement: Find opportunities to improve Workday Mass Upload and Organization Structure solutions. Partner with the Functional Configuration and People Services teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Serve as the primary contact for the People Services team, regularly reviewing and updating operational processes.
  • Process Optimization: Simplify People Services processes from a Workday perspective to achieve greater efficiency and benefit the organization.
  • Data Management: Develop key data collection templates and solutions in Workday. Present data from various sources in a clear and insightful format.
  • Communication & Delivery: Communicate and deliver Mass Upload, Organization Structure, and other Cross Application technology solutions using exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Global Standards Implementation: Collaborate with the global HRIS team to implement global standards and define regional-specific standards.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage effectively with internal customers at all levels, thoroughly analyzing and addressing their requirements.
  • Project Management: Proactively identify value-add projects and work autonomously to complete them.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Address configuration issues related to Security Architecture, Organization Setup, and Mass Upload Solutions by providing consultative solutions.
  • Documentation & Configuration: Collaborate with functional experts to produce formal configuration requirements documentation. Configure Workday Mass Upload and Organization Design Solutions to meet business needs.
  • Impact Analysis: Analyze software releases to assess the impact of new features on Mass Upload and Organization Structure solutions.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

  • Expertise: Significant experience in configuration, data analysis, and reporting within a complex business environment or professional services firm.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven experience leading team-based projects, with expertise in specific technical activities.
  • HR Systems Proficiency: Over 5 years of experience working with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise HR management systems.
  • Technical Familiarity: Solid grasp of Workday Mass Upload Solution, Organization Structure maintenance, and other Cross Application technologies.
  • Global Experience: Experience working with colleagues across multiple countries in a virtual team setting.
  • Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access reporting, with solid knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint. Exceptional data manipulation skills, comfortable handling large data sets.
  • Analytical Acumen: Highly analytical with the ability to draw conclusions from analysis and make informed recommendations to HR customers.
  • Training & Problem-Solving: Experience in delivering training on systems and processes, with a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize workload and deliver work within set timelines.
  • Initiative: Takes ownership of problems, using initiative to investigate and resolve data anomalies. Continuously seeks to share and improve working practices within the team.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
