Role Description

As a Business Excellence Specialist within the Business Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our customer-centric, data-driven digital transformation. This position is instrumental in managing SFE and CRM projects, accountable for day-to-day operations of currently established systems, and supporting the development of MyForce and SDM initiatives. You will collaborate closely with local business units, functions, and regional work streams to ensure alignment and support the Business Excellence team in various capacities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement methodologies for data measurement, including tagging/tracking, analysis, and optimization recommendations.
  • Uses a data driven approach to optimize engagement performance and ROI, leveraging the Insights and Analytics capabilities.
  • Understands HCP audiences and can work with teams to create touchpoint journeys to enable the creation of channel strategies which will affect behavioral change in Sales teams.
  • Support Bex teams and promote a data-driven culture to generate insights based on engagement & sales data.
  • Participate in developing incentive systems, goal setting, territory alignment and performance management proceses.
  • Aggregate 360 HCP level interaction data at FF initiated channels and conduct Sales Force Engagement Performance Analysis and Reporting (KPI Dashboard, reporting, etc.)
  • With regional & global stakeholders, identify, test, and deploy new customer touchpoints and insights-gathering capabilities, utilizing digital mediums and AI technologies to enhance customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales excellence, business analytics, CRM or marketing preferable in Pharma, FMCG, or similar industry.
  • Proven capabilities in strategic and tactical data management, business analytics, and reporting. Strong skills in customer data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively in multiple cross-functional teams, lead work streams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet business deadlines.
  • Passion for innovation and strong external orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels of organization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Turkish and English
