- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, digital marketing, customer behavior, and website performance
- Generate and present clear, concise reports summarizing key findings to aid decision-making processes
- Collaborate with the commercial manager and marketing managers to create and maintain automated reports and dashboards for e-commerce performance metrics
- Provide business insights on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product promotions, profitability of e-shops
- Assist in collecting and organizing data from various sources, including web analytics tools, CRM systems, and external databases
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data through regular validation and cleansing processes.
Requirements
- Understanding of B2C e-commerce operations and familiarity with common e-commerce metrics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4, Excel, and Power BI
- Good communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner - good knowledge of MS Power Point is needed
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in an international team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement improvements based on data analysis
- Fluent English and Turkish
