Data Analyst Executive

• Support in setting forward-looking OKRs and tracking current OKRs
• Monitoring Growth KPIs and predicting future performance
• Extract actionable insights and guide Marketing and Growth teams to ensure that the strategic targets are met
• Translating internal stakeholder briefs into analytical projects (to include refining the initial brief and asking the ‘right questions’, working through potential hypothesis and storyboarding the output)
• Finding patterns and seeing areas in the data that signal a potential for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s with analytical background, preferably in a quantitative discipline Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar etc.
• 4+ years of work experience in business intelligence , data science or data engineering
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience using BI & ETL tools
• Ability to translate business question to key research objectives
• The ability to data mine across a large and varied business area or key priority of marketing
• Open-minded and curious toward new technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
