We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer (f/m/d) to join our QCommerce Team. Join us to build an in-house Salesforce ecosystem within Delivery Hero and our global entities. Our task is to understand the strategic business needs and to translate these into our Salesforce platform. So, we can create a dynamic but stable global architecture that is adaptable to local needs. As a team, our responsibility is to create seamless onboarding experiences for shop vendors across various entities. Our top priority right now is to enhance the experience of our users. By doing so, we aim to ensure that they have all the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Your mission:

• Design and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, JavaScript, Workflows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules.
• Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and Interface development.
• Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
• Contribute to conducting code reviews to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible.
• Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
• Confidently bring value to any team with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and innovative process optimization abilities.

Your heroic skills:

• Develop high quality, reusable and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating force.com systems with third party systems for enterprises using SOAP, RESTFUL Services.
• Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the salesforce.com environment.
• You are familiar with SFDX, CI/CD (github actions/drone ci)
• Experience with developing custom Lightning Components using Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Service and Sales Cloud Case Management, Lightning Framework Knowledge, Live Agent, Omnichannel.
• Experience in Database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript.
• At least 4+ years’ work experience in Salesforce development projects and deep familiarity with Salesforce platform.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer II).
• Knowledge of building APIs (python/golang/node) in AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or relevant subject.
• Experience working in a multi-team environment is a plus.
• Experience working with the agile development methodology.
