Salesforce Developer

  • Understand the customer needs and establish Salesforce solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization and Engagement as scalable and cost-effective solution that addresses technical and business requirements.
  • Creation of Implementation plans for new and existing clients.
  • Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs and ensuring that all relevant best practices are followed.
  • Work with Solution Engineers to understand customer's unique business challenges and initiatives and conduct architecture and solution workshops. - Develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagrams/visuals.
  • Present Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with the platform capabilities, Security, and integration capabilities.
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
  • Guidance of customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
  • Polished and effective communicator with the ability to evangelize best practices at various levels within a large organization.
  • Strong executive presentation skills to drive organizational alignment and buy-in.
  • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested designs/technologies meet the requirements.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in (business) informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable degree.
  • You have a strong affinity for marketing automation solutions, CRM and digital transformations and have extensive knowledge in the configuration options with Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement/Personalization including the different marketing automation possibilities like Journey Builder, Contact Builder or Automation Studio and understand the handshake between Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CMS systems.
  • You have gained 5 to 10 years experience including hands on implementation experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Experience in setting up Data Cloud (CDP), Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud, MC Engagement and Analytics and related use cases.
  • Experience in Data Cloud & SFMC Setup and Admin activities along with integration of third-party sources/Salesforce CRM, ERP systems, websites and other data sources.
  • Ideally you have Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant/Developer, CDP Consultant, MCP Accredited Certification and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator.
  • Hands-on development knowledge of Amp Script, SQL, and SSJS and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON.
  • You speak business German and English fluently and convince with your communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical affinity and enthusiasm for new, innovative concepts.
