- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and develop training materials, presentations, and resources for various employee development programs.
- Support the logistics and coordination of training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and participant communication.
- Help create engaging multimedia content, including videos, e-learning modules, and interactive activities, to enhance the effectiveness of training materials.
- Assist in the administration of the LMS, including course enrollment, tracking training completion, and generating reports.
- Collect feedback from participants and assist in analyzing training evaluation data to measure the impact of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent development and organizational learning as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- A passion for learning and professional development, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
