Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Enterprise Edition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop software solutions that meet business process and application requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Oracle Database. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with software development tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and Git. - Experience with web application development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.Requires minimum 15 years of full time education
