Job Description

As a Solution Architect you will play a key role in delivering great solutions and value to our customers. As in the position below will be your responsibilities,

• Leading all aspects of the solution, working closely with the Inivos Project implementation team, as well as advising and guiding the customer project team.
• Taking the lead in delivering the IFS solution, maintaining clear communication on all aspects of the solution with the customer project and management team.
• Working closely with Inivos Project Managers while coordinating and delegating work within the project team.
• Applying your industry knowledge and experience in complex, multi-phase IT projects.
• Gain the knowledge of specific IFS products and services.
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge of all IFS products including roadmaps. Articulating product direction and the potential value it could bring to our customers.
• Use the knowledge and/or the understanding of the major customers’ requirement to provide and/or propose commercially and viable product/solution improvement feedback of large and complex customer requirements – involving senior management where needed.
• Maintaining the focus on ensuring we deliver value to the customer.

Requirements

• Should have completed Bachelors’ degree in any relevant field of the job with 10+ years of experience in the industry.
• An expert in at least two of the following industry areas Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Enterprise Asset management, Service Management, Utilities.
• Have work experience in IFS or any other tier one ERP system and/or in complex IT implementations.
• Have experience in developing solutions to deliver customer facing demonstrations and presentations focused on the key IFS and customer value messaging.
• Be experienced in leading a team and delivering solutions.
• Have deep experience of solution development, presenting software applications and business process mapping at a senior level.
• Experience in developing business process strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of business practices within relevant industries.
• Have end-to-end business process and business practices including process and solution mapping.
• Have advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment to self-learning and regular training.
• Commercial focus, consultative mindset, good interpersonal skills, a will to learn and develop and a “can-do” attitude to form a solid base for your career at Inivos.
