Business Development & Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an assistant to join our Belfast Business Development (BD) and Marketing team. At A&L Goodbody, our BD and Marketing team is integral to our business and provides seamless delivery of marketing services internally and to our clients.

As a BD & Marketing Assistant your role will involve the following:

• Event assistance: Support in planning and hosting business development events. Flexibility required to occasionally work outside normal working hours to facilitate events.
• Pitches and tenders: Assist in the maintenance of portal information and registrations, identification of opportunities, production of materials and updating precedent information.
• Legal directories: Assist in all elements of legal directories engagement including creating documents, liaising with lawyers for input, arranging interviews, and post-submission actions_._
• Client relationship management: Assist in the implementation and upkeep of the firm's CRM system.
• Marketing communications: Assist in the production and maintenance of all marketing communications and materials.
