Digital Entrepreneurship Award

This category recognizes those who have thought outside the box and thus demonstrated a particular flair for trends, needs or innovation in the digital and IT context. The award is presented to applicants for projects based on digital products, platforms or services. This might be, for example, the establishment of a new business model or the (imminent) founding of a start-up. A prize for visionary women who take bold paths.

Application documents to be submitted:

• Up-to-date resume.
• Current grade overview with indication of your (expected) final grade.
• Abstract and motive description:
  The abstract of your project/business case should illustrate the innovative character and impact of your work and also be understood by readers outside of your field. Additionally, we would like to know more about your personal intrinsic motivation (How did the idea evolve? Was the impulse born out of personal motives or personal impact? What is the drive behind the project?) The total length of the document should not exceed two DIN A4 pages.

To give us an even better picture of your project, feel free to provide us with additional documents, such as

• Insights into the (expected) key figures (e.g., user numbers or sales figures)
• Other materials to illustrate your work (images, link to the digital solution, case studies, technical drawings, etc.)
• Evidence of your leading role in the project
• Other relevant evidence relating to the project (e.g. prizes/awards or patent applications)
