Marketing Director

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness for 3S Money in the B2B sector.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Direct the development of marketing communications and brand platform to establish a cohesive brand identity and messaging framework.
• Lead the development of compelling PR and content strategies to engage target audiences across various channels and drive brand visibility.
• Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including owned media (websites, social media), and bought media (SEM/SEO/Social PPC/Programmatic), ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• Develop and implement targeted cold outreach programs to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
• Drive the implementation of CRM systems and lead CRM programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Utilize data analytics to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact

A little bit about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in marketing roles within B2B environments, with at least 5 years of progressive experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
• Proven experience in developing marketing communications and brand platform to establish a cohesive brand identity and messaging framework.
• Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, with hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Experience in traditional media advertising campaigns (e.g., outdoor advertising) is a plus.
• Familiarity with fintech industry trends and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
