Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually appealing and engaging designs across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling Meta Ads that effectively communicate our brand message and drive user engagement.
• Develop eye-catching visuals and layouts that align with campaign objectives and adhere to Meta's advertising guidelines.
• Conceptualize and design Google Ads that capture attention and drive click-through rates.
• Produce high-quality creative designs for various marketing materials.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and platform updates to ensure our designs remain fresh, relevant, and effective.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to deliver cohesive design solutions that align with overall marketing strategies.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are error-free before final delivery. Conduct thorough reviews and revisions as needed to refine designs and address feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in graphic design softwares.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience creating Meta Ads and Google Ads is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST)
• With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
