The FlexiTech team within our If IT organization is truly unique. Our mission is to provide flexibility of competence and capacity for various internal projects and assignments at If. Essentially, we maintain a pool of experts who develop advanced expertise and lend their skills to different teams and projects for varying durations. What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a proven mid-level or senior front-end developer with the following proficiencies:

• React
• Typescript/Javascript
• Git
• HTML
• CSS
• Azure environment.

Recommended skills/will be considered as an advantage:

• Angular framework
• C#
• .NET framework

Bonus points if you’re familiar with GitHub Copilot or other AI assistants. We highly value the ability to transform Figma designs into code, as well as a genuine passion for front-end development and a desire to contribute to a collaborative agile environment.

About the role

As a member of our team, you’ll leverage your expertise to:

• Assist various project teams in achieving their delivery goals.
• Strengthen our developers’ community.
• Enhance our customer experience by improving both customer-facing applications and internal solutions.
