Senior Cost Analyst

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to join our team to support a large-scale data center construction project.

Responsibilities:

• Inform the client of cost performance using data from multiple sources.
• Develop presentations & narratives of cost & schedule performance across the project.
• Develop and maintain databases and reporting dashboards.
• Develop and maintain data models and governance processes.
• Presentation to clients and internal teams of developed dashboards & analyses.
• Create processes and structure to support the “way of working”.
• Present high-level metrics in a simple, accessible way.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and technical skills (statistical analysis, scientific method, organization, problem solving)
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years work-related work experience (field experience especially desirable)
• Familiarity with common computational languages used in data analytics (SQL, Python, Google Sheets, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.)
• Ability to understand key cost drivers & different specialty trades.
