Senior Preconstruction Estimator

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Preconstruction Estimator to provide estimating, benchmarking & commercial management services on our key technology client’s data center construction program.

The successful candidate will also be confident reviewing Mechanical and/or Electrical Subcontract packages and buyout.

*On site presence required 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert estimating services for hyperscale data centers from RFP through to construction completion, managing key relationships with the client, general contractor, and project team.
• Develop Project Capital Estimates using a bottoms-up approach.
• Lead the training of templates & tools for the general contractor to ensure submissions are compliant for commercial analysis.
• Provide detailed comparative analysis of commercial submittals from the general contractor.
• Lead the commercial review of the competitive bid process for major trades.
• Support the project delivery team with post-contract cost analysis & change order reviews.
• Benchmarking integration to ensure accurate data capture.
