We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Analytics & Process Specialist to join our team. HRIS Management and Process Optimisation:
- Collaborate with process owners to analyze, optimize / internationalize, automate, and expand HR systems to meet evolving needs HR processes
- Provide first-level support for HR systems, addressing user inquiries and issues
- Ensure data quality of HR data in coordination with responsible departments
- Conduct HR system trainings and manage training materials in coordination with the People Operations and Development team
- Handle HR monthly reporting, including special requested reports, to provide insights and support decision-making
HR Analytics and Compensation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive Human Capital Management and HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs
- Support various departments and projects with the required HR data
- Offer data-based recommendations for HR strategies and initiatives, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness
- Support compensation processes, including benchmarking, grading and salary reviews, pay equity analysis, and managing the salary and bonus cycle within the HR system
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems and process/analytic management
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices
- Distinct analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and exceptional problem solving and numbers/data skills
- You are proficient in different HRIS platforms and MS Excel, other tools are an advantage (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- You are proficient in speaking and writing in English, German is a big plus
