AML Analyst

About the job:

The AML Investigations team is a part of SEB Korts Financial Crime Risk & Prevention unit which is a Nordic organisation. We investigate and report suspicious transactions and customer behavior to the local FIUs (Financial Intelligence Units) and our mission is to secure that SEB Kort’s products are not used as a means of money laundering or terrorism financing.

The team consists of seven AML Investigations Specialists and one AML Investigations Analyst. The AML Investigations Analyst is responsible for driving development activities, analyzing ML/TF trends,analyzing and compiling statistics for stakeholders and representing AML transaction monitoring for SEB Kort in various projects.

What you will be doing:

· Take lead or act as business expert in various development activities related to ML/TF transaction monitoring

· Develop and fine tune existing solutions

· Stakeholder management

· Supporting and working in close collaboration with the AML Investigations Specialists within the team

· Participate in processes related to testing and implementation of statistical tools, as well as analyzing statistical and business data

· Work with strategic questions alongside operative tasks where you need to have the ability to move between the two

Who you are:

We are looking for someone that is passionate about the AML area and thrive in a constant changing environment. We believe you should be analytical and accurate, with a high level of integrity as well as proactive, self-driven and a problem solver.

We also believe you:

· Have documented experience within the AML field

· Are able to take ownership of tasks and deliveries

· You have great collaboration skills as well as being able to work independently

· You have strong Excel skills

· Have great communication skills in both English and one of the Nordic languages

It’s also considered meritorious if you have:

· Experience from the card payment industry.

· Experience with Tableau is considered.

· Experience from project management and/or Agile SAFe
