Are you passionate about developing efficient processes with a risk and customer focus? As process owner E2E you will be a part of setting the vision and strategy and lead the development and maintenance of customer processes throughout the customer life cycle within KYC/AML area.

About the role:

You will, together with Process Owners, be responsible to drive strategic process developments, continuous improvement, identify opportunities to re-engineer processes and be involved in group common initiatives. Key perspectives are customer centricity, efficiency, and compliance with a risk-based approach. You will work with an end-to-end perspective and define high level requirements from business, regulatory or market perspective and translate into tangible development initiatives.

In doing so, you will represent KYC AML Center and collaborate with stakeholders within C&PC and cross SEB. You will secure deliveries and effects of ongoing initiatives as well as effectively communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.

The role also includes prioritization of development initiatives and changes together with the management team in KYC AML Center and key stakeholders to deliver on the process strategy and transformation agenda.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in a process management position preferably within KYC/AML, risk and/or regulations.

· Excellent stakeholder management skills.

· You have an ability to deal with multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

· Strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English.

· Ability to understand and balance the long-term big picture and short-term views of situations.

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

· Leadership and collaboration skills.

· Experience from project management or similar.
