Position: Leasing Assistant

Working Hours: 9am-5pm Eastern Time Zone

Holidays: TBD

Monthly Salary: up to USD 1,200/month

A real estate investment firm located in Jackson, TN, specializes in properties across Jackson and West Tennessee. Their portfolio includes single and multi-family residential properties, as well as commercial and industrial/cold storage facilities. The firm's fund structure offers multi-class exposure to development and growth opportunities in this expanding market.

About the Role:

We are looking for a leasing assistant to handle inbound follow up and hand holding through the application process, listing inputs/updates, and posting/communication on social media (mainly Facebook) at times that coincide when people are in these groups. Needs for both central time US and also overnight and weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

• Following up with tenants
• Assisting with the real estate processes
• Data entry and reporting tasks
• Converting inbound tenant messages in Buildium into jobs in Jobber
• Taking the Angi Leads from the site and distributing them to services/ construction.
• Monthly utility expense reporting preparation.
• Inbound leasing call management
• Inbound tenant issues and scheduling
• Inbound management of service leads

Requirements

• Must have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in real estate is a big plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Tools (particularly MS Excel)
• Experience with Lofty.com
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with Buildium and Jobber (highly preferred)
• Experience in converting inbound tenant messages in Buildium into jobs in Jobber would be helpful.
