Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals. This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales and marketing, to drive product strategy and ensure successful product launches. If you have a deep understanding of the banking industry, a track record of success in product management, and strong customer skills, we want to hear from you!

Previous working experience within Open Banking, Enrichment, Finance Management and AI solutions within B2B4C domain would be an ideal fit. It is important to note we are “not seeking a technical Product Owner” but a market-facing Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• End to end Product Management responsibility for one of the three key product portfolio items at Meniga

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and objectives

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the banking industry, on diverse markets and verticals

• Define product requirements and work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver high-quality products, on time and within budget

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches

• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objective

• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive product innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, within the banking/ fintech industry

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch

• Strong understanding of financial products and services, within diverse markets and verticals

• Experience of Open Banking, Enrichment, Finance Management or AI solutions within B2B4C domain, will be an advantage

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of data analysis and product analytics tools

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English language
